Meet Our Team

  • Tiffany Curtis

    Owner

    Tiffany is our senior processor and office manager for Mountain View Settlement Services. She has been in the industry since May of 2007 and opened Mountain View in January 2017 with her business partner Stacy. Tiffany has been a licensed underwriter for Fidelity National Title Insurance since 2011 and brings years of knowledge to the table. She enjoys working behind the scenes to ensure that clients have a smooth and effective closing. Tiffany currently resides in Appomattox County with her husband and two boys and spends her afternoons on the football fields and at wrestling competitions with her boys, playing disc golf, fishing, and kayaking, as this Virginia weather allows.

  • Stacy Doss

    Owner

    Stacy has been in the real estate industry for more than 30 years and brings a strong eye for detail and deep knowledge of the title and closing process. She started her own title search company in 2008 and later partnered with Tiffany to open Mountain View Settlement Services, followed most recently by Buggs Island Settlement Services. Stacy takes pride in building lasting relationships with clients, realtors, and lenders while helping ensure each transaction is handled accurately and professionally. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and grandchildren, and making memories at the lake house.

  • Kelsey Boylan

    Processor

    Kelsey is one of our well-qualified Processors. She has been in the real estate settlement industry since August 2013 and has been a licensed underwriter since February 2023. She brings years of settlement experience, including prior management of a settlement agency, along with her. Kelsey really enjoys helping others understand more about the title industry and is always available for a chat! In her spare time, she enjoys watching her son play soccer, listening to music, and taking long walks with her dog, Molly. 

  • Britney Gagneur

    Processor

    Britney is one of our wonderful processors in the office.  She has been in the real estate industry with Mountain View Settlement Services since December of 2019 and is currently a full-time processor and recently received her underwriting license in 2024.  Britney grew up in the Rustburg area and now resides in Appomattox County with her husband and 2 daughters. She enjoys the quiet life of spending time outdoors with her children and loves the nature around her.  She is always willing to help and has a smile on her face.  She enjoys being able to help families enter their dream homes and being a part of making that happen.
